Ingredients:

5 cups sliced mushrooms

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or preferred oil)

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon fresh or dried thyme

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

1 dropper (1ml) Lion’s Mane Tincture
Instructions:
Step 1: Heat the Pan

Add olive oil to a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Cook the Mushrooms

Add the sliced mushrooms and salt to the pan.

Cook the mushrooms, stirring frequently, until they release their liquid and turn golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).
Step 3: Add Flavor

Once the mushrooms are golden brown, reduce the heat to low.

Add the garlic, thyme, black pepper, and Lion’s Mane Tincture.

Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4: Serve

Serve the caramelized mushrooms as a side dish.
