Caramelized Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups sliced mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or preferred oil)

  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon fresh or dried thyme

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 dropper (1ml) Lion’s Mane Tincture

Instructions:

Step 1: Heat the Pan

  • Add olive oil to a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2: Cook the Mushrooms

  • Add the sliced mushrooms and salt to the pan.

  • Cook the mushrooms, stirring frequently, until they release their liquid and turn golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).

Step 3: Add Flavor

  • Once the mushrooms are golden brown, reduce the heat to low.

  • Add the garlic, thyme, black pepper, and Lion’s Mane Tincture.

  • Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 4: Serve

  • Serve the caramelized mushrooms as a side dish.

Notes:

  • Optional: Add fresh herbs like basil, parsley, chives, tarragon, or sage for extra flavor.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
