  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (plus more for serving)

  • 1–2 droppers Lion’s Mane Mushroom Tincture

Instructions

Cook the Pasta

  • Fill a large pot with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Cook the pappardelle according to package instructions.
  • Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Make the Mushroom Sauce

  • Add onion, garlic, and the minced mushroom stems. Cook for about 4 minutes until softened.
  • Add the mushroom caps, pour in the cream, and season with salt and pepper.
