This brownie recipe mixes rich chocolate flavor with broccoli and Lion’s Mane Tincture for a simple, nutrient-packed treat. These brownies are soft, moist, and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli, finely chopped

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ cup unsweetened cacao powder

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil

  • 2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs for vegan version)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon Lion’s Mane Tincture

  • Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts

How to Make Mushroom Broccoli Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine chopped broccoli, eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and Lion’s Mane Tincture. Stir well.

  3. Add dry ingredients: almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

  5. Pour mixture into a lined or greased 8x8-inch baking pan.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
