Mushroom Broccoli Brownies

1 cup steamed broccoli, finely chopped

½ cup almond flour

½ cup unsweetened cacao powder

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup melted coconut oil

2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs for vegan version)

1 tsp baking powder

How to Make Mushroom Broccoli Brownies

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine chopped broccoli, eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and Lion’s Mane Tincture. Stir well.

Add dry ingredients: almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
