Ingredients:
- ½ - 1 oz dried reishi slices
- 6 cups water
- 1 - 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 - 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dropper (1ml) Reishi Mushroom Tincture
- Stevia, sugar, maple syrup, or honey (to taste)
Instructions:
Step 1: Simmer the Reishi
- Add dried reishi slices and cinnamon sticks to a pot with water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour (or up to 6 hours for a stronger infusion).
Step 2: Strain and Mix
- Strain the liquid to remove reishi slices and cinnamon sticks.
- While the mixture is still warm, stir in lemon juice, sweetener, and Reishi Tincture.
Step 3: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate for several hours until cold.
- Serve over ice with a lemon or lime wedge.
Notes:
- Adjust sweetness based on preference.
- The longer you simmer, the stronger the flavor and benefits.
