Mushroom Lemonade

Mushroom Lemonade

Servings: 4

Time: 1-6 hours (includes simmering & cooling)

Ingredients:

  • ½ - 1 oz dried reishi slices
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 - 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 - 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dropper (1ml) Reishi Mushroom Tincture
  • Stevia, sugar, maple syrup, or honey (to taste)

Instructions:

Step 1: Simmer the Reishi

  • Add dried reishi slices and cinnamon sticks to a pot with water.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour (or up to 6 hours for a stronger infusion).

Step 2: Strain and Mix

  • Strain the liquid to remove reishi slices and cinnamon sticks.
  • While the mixture is still warm, stir in lemon juice, sweetener, and Reishi Tincture.

Step 3: Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate for several hours until cold.
  • Serve over ice with a lemon or lime wedge.

Notes:

  • Adjust sweetness based on preference.
  • The longer you simmer, the stronger the flavor and benefits.
