Mushroom Skulls

Servings: 4 | Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack (454g) button mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 dropper (1ml) Lion’s Mane Tincture

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Mushrooms

  • Wash mushrooms and cut them in half.

  • Trim the stems to make them flat if needed.

Step 2: Make the Skull Shape

  • Use a straw to poke two eye holes in each mushroom cap.

  • Cut a small triangle or two slits for the nose.

  • Make small cuts on the stem to create teeth.

Step 3: Cook the Mushrooms

  • Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Place mushrooms in the pan with the skull side facing up.

  • Add a little water to help release juices.

  • Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned.

  • Flip and cook face-down for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Add Lion’s Mane Tincture

Step 5: Serve

  • Eat them alone or add them to pasta, salads, or rice.
